We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality mental health support for children, adolescents, and adults. Based in Chelsea Heights, we offer both in-person and telehealth services across Bayside, Kingston, the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.
We welcome referrals from GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, schools, NDIS support coordinators, and other allied health professionals.
I utilise evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and aspects of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Private and MHCP Session fees are $215 per 50-minute appointment (with an additional 10 minutes spent on case notes and treatment planning).
NDIS session fees are $232.99 per 50-minute appointment (with an additional 10 minutes spent on case notes and treatment planning). Preparation of reports, treatment plans, liaison with providers are charged at $232.99 per hour. All services are charged at the maximum rate outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Support Item 15_054_0128_1_3.

I do not currently work with: OCD, Eating Disorders, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, or DV. I do not currently provide reports for legal contexts or work with court orders.
